Our „home”, the Hotel Hilton is also open already, our access via the Hotel is available again. :-)
Regarding reservations, please feel free to contact us by phone (+36203263503) or by e-mail (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ). We may accept reservations for all operation days. To fix a date and time, please contact us anytime but at least 1-2 days before your visit. We are happy to welcome walk-in guests too for the wine tastings up to 4 tables availability. Thank you for your understanding.
During your visit we still do our best to protect your and our health, therefore we desinfect all tables after each guests and provide desinfectation liquids for you on request. We will work with only 4 tables - to keep the safety distance between the guests.

Be our guest in the Faust Wine Cellar in the Buda Castle District - close to the main sights of Budapest but far from the noisy world. If you would like to taste some nice Hungarian wines and maybe learn something more from them, please visit us and we will be happy to welcome you. If you enjoy any of the wines and you are maybe temptated to purchase them by the bottle, you may take them from our wine shop with special offers.
Every day we organize wine and Pálinka tastings guided by us - you can either choose by the glass from our wine list or you can take a wine-tour by our recommendations: choose one of our monthly recommendations or our special packages (with 7 drinks, unlimited still water and snacks) - it is up to you!
If you would like to take part on one of our wine tastings we recommend two ways:
1. If you would like to make reservation, we can take it at 2pm or 4:30pm or latest at 5pm (on Mondays only at 2pm). We kindly ask to make reservation only if you are sure that you can arrive for that time. We ask this favour as we had many "no shows" recently. We have only four tables and when we are booked for all tables we need to turn away everybody else. Thank you for your cooperation. Reservations can only be taken for wine tastings.
2. You can walk-in. In that case table can not be guaranteed. If you decide to walk-in we may suggest to do it after the reservation times as we keep the reserved tables 10 minutes from the reservation time.
Please note that we can always manage one type of tasting package at one table.
We also sell the tasted wines by the bottle for take away with special prices.
We started to operate the Wine Cellar on the 15th of November 2009. We were thinking about a place in the heart of Budapest where you can escape from the noisy world and enjoy fabulous Hungarian wines in an authentic surrounding. We also dedicated this place to promote Hungarian wines.
